Who are we?

Launched
at the start of 2007, Mobigo! is an information service aiming in
the long term to help you plan your public transport journey (bus,
coach, train) in the Burgundy Region.

During the first
phase, Mobigo! is providing information about three networks:

• Burgundy
  TER (regional trains).


• Divia
  Bus – Greater Dijon urban bus service.


• Transco
  – Côte d’Or departmental coach service.

This
new information service can be accessed using this website and by
calling the Mobigo! freefone number: 0 800 10 2004 (calls are free
from a landline).

Our
customer service agents are available to take your call from 8am
to 7pm Monday to Saturday.

They
can answer your queries about partner networks:

• Timetables


• Fares


• Journeys
  combining several modes of transport.


• Transport
  options in the event of service disruption.


• Ring
  and Ride services such as DiviaProxi and DiviAccès.

In
the future, Mobigo! will be extended to new partners and will
offer new services so as to better meet your requirements.

The
